Shipping
Allow 5–8 days for delivery. Shipping rates are determined based on order subtotals and calculated automatically.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. may not ship until the next business day.
Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the books, manuals or publications you ordered, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund (product value only). CD-ROM or video (DVD or VHS) purchases must be returned within 10 days from receipt of order.

Products that contain or are available on CD-ROM or disk can not be returned if the package has been opened unless product is damaged.

Products must be returned in a resellable ("as new") condition.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product was defective and/or damaged in shipment, or the incorrect item was shipped.

A $7.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns. This amount will be deducted from the total value of the return credit owed to the customer.

Special event (National Skilled Nursing Care Week/National Assisted Living Week) and promotional items are nonrefundable unless damaged.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DO NOT return products without first contacting an AHCA customer service representative to receive a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, call an AHCA customer service representative at 1-800-321-0343 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Once you have received your RMA number, clearly write it on the outside of the package.
- We recommend that all returns are mailed via UPS so that they may be tracked. AHCA will not be responsible for any items lost in the return mailing process.
